Why can't I set the setback temperature below 16 ° C?
In the heatapp! system, the frost protection temperature is preset to 16° C, the setback temperature to 18° C, the economy temperature to 20° C and the comfort temperature to 21° C at the factory.
All values can be changed individually for each room. The temperature values limit each other. The lowest value is the frost protection temperature.

Each user can set the comfort temperature and setback temperature in the cycle times for his rooms.
The frost protection temperature is set by the owner or an expert in professional mode.
To do this, the owner or expert logs on to the heatapp! system and selects Settings/System/Expert. In expert mode, all temperatures can be set individually for each room by selecting the corresponding room and choosing the desired values in the room settings.
Why can't a user see rooms in the app?
Appropriate rights must be assigned to each user created. This is done by selecting the user role (expert/owner/user) when creating a new user. Expert and owner have all access rights and operating options. The user role "User" has no administrative rights. Therefore, the rooms must also be assigned to the individual users. The expert or owner selects Settings/User or Settings/Rooms and determines which user is assigned operating rights for which rooms. After the room assignment, the user can see and fully operate the rooms assigned to him (incl. scenes, cycle times and desired temperatures).
Why can't I see my system in my heatapp! app?
