General Remarks

The following remarks provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified. You will find detailed information on the subject of data protection in our Privacy Policy under this text.
The use of our website is generally possible without the provision of any personal data. Insofar as personal data is collected on our side (for example name, address or e-mail addresses), this is always carried out as far as possible on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that the transmission of data over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) may be subject to security gaps. The complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

How do we collect your data?

On the one hand, your data is collected when you communicate it to us. This may be data that you enter in a contact form, for example.
Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is predominantly technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of your visit to the site). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.

What do we use your data for?

Some of the data is collected in order to guarantee error-free provision of the website. Other data can be used to analyse your behaviour as a user.

What rights do you have with respect to your data?

You have the right at all times to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address stated in the legal notice of this site if you have any further questions on the subject of data protection. You also have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority.

Third-party analysis and tools

When you visit our website, your surfing behaviour can be statistically evaluated. This is carried out primarily with cookies and so-called analysis programs. As a rule, the analysis of your surfing behaviour is performed anonymously; the surfing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You may object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Please see our Privacy Policy below for further details.
You can object to this analysis. We will inform you of the options for objection in this Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, efficient and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website.
You can adjust your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or generally and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
This data cannot be assigned to specific individuals. This data is not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries by means of the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purposes of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Google web fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform depiction of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using has to connect to Google’s servers. This informs Google that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Google web fonts are used in the interests of the uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font is used by your computer.
Further information on Google web fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and in order to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Right to information, deletion, blocking

You have the right at all times to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, as well as a right to the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address stated in the site notice if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data.

Objection to advertising mails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published in the mandatory legal notice for the transmission of advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information, such as spam e-mails.
